CODE GALA was Kelly Malone’s PhD Fundraiser held in July, 2015. It was an event that brought together upcoming and established New Zealand artists and poets. The artists and writers involved responded to Kelly Malone’s poetry. Held at Sir James Wallace’s home, Rannoch, the artworks were displayed and discussion was given by the artists of their work. Singer Caitlin Smith also performed along with local New Zealand poets, who were responding with their own poems to Kelly’s work. Emceed by both Michele Leggott and Kelly Malone.
